The filter function in the rankings is intuitive – there are filters where a selection must be made (e.g. distance) or those in which "ALL" data are taken into account in a ranking list (e.g. M/F, nations, age groups). It's best to try out the variety of filter options and the resulting lists and find the information and rankings you are looking for.
