The finish radius defines the zone – 5 km = 3.1 mi – around the starting point/location of your CHALLENGE or SPECIAL EVENT ride. These rides must always be completed within the finish radius, i.e. the finish line of the ride (depending on the selected distance) must be within the finish zone.
This zone (5 km / 3.1 mi radius) is indicated on the map in the app, and the user also receives an audio announcement about entry and, in case, exit from this zone.
The Finish Zone is required to include the wind conditions for all participants of the CHALLENGES and SPECIAL EVENTS largely fairly (compensation of the wind direction during the ride).
This rule does not apply to FREE Rides, FREE Rides can be completed/finished without any such specification.
