The recording of the height profile uses the barometer sensors of the smartphone. It is therefore necessary that the smartphones used have installed a barometer sensor. The recording is based on relative heights (height deviations from the start location). Only in the backend are the relative heights converted to absolut altitude data (heights) to take this data into account when calculating the ACTYVOLTS.
